嘉宾简介：

Shaozhuang Ma is associate professor at Business School, ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon (ISCTE-IUL), Portugal.

Ma’s teaching and research interests include “human resource development and management” and “strategic management” with a focus on “people and organization” in the Chinese context. He has published in International Journal of Human Resource Management, The Chinese Economy, Journal of Health Organization and Management, among others. Ma has years of referee service for international journals, including International Journal of Human Resource Management.
