On November 30, 2019, the 19th China MBA Development Forum, held by China MBA Development Forum Committee and Guilin University of Electronic Science and technology, kicked off in Guilin, Guangxi as scheduled.
In order to strengthen the interaction between the MBA Education Center of SOB of GDUFS and the MBA Program Centers of domestic and international institutes, Director of Student Affairs Department of MBA Education Center ZHANG Chunyan, Secretary General of the Association XUE Rubin, Vice Chairman ZHANG Yixin and Hu Bingxian, participated in the Forum on behalf of our university. With the theme of Sharing Digital Economy and Win-win Future of Silk Road, more than 500 MBA teachers and students from more than 130 institutes participated in the forum. ZHANG Yixin, Vice President of MBA Union, GDUFS won the title of "China MBA Rookie 100".

The China MBA Development Forum was successfully held for 18 times in Peking University, Nanjing University, Wuhan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, University of Science and Technology of China, Xi’an Jiaotong University, South China University of Technology and other well-known universities, since it was launched in Tsinghua Park in the spring of 2000 and the first forum was held in Peking University in June of the same year. The China MBA Development Forum, an authoritative and influential "China MBA"brand, built by all MBA members in China, is an important platform for information exchange, academic interaction and career development of Chinese MBA students.
In this forum, ZHANG Yuli, Distinguished Professor of Changjiang Scholars and Doctoral Supervisor, Director of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Collaborative Center of Education Commission, YANG Bingjun, Executive Director of Alibaba International Standardization Research Institute, and ZHONG Neng, CO President of CHINA-ASEAN Information Port Co., Ltd., focused on the theme of this forum and made speeches, respectively named World Class Enterprise Construction: The Responsibility of MBA, The Role of Industrial Big Data and Industrial Internet in Industrial Upgrading, and Opportunities of ASEAN Digital Economy Market and Development.

The forum had four sub forums for academic exchanges, namely: ASEAN Countries Tourism and Investment Briefing (Myanmar special session), Entrepreneurship and Innovation Forum, High Quality MBA Education Forum and Sports Industry and Healthy Development Forum.
This China MBA Development Forum provides a good platform for academic exchanges between our MBA Education Center and MBA Program Centers at home and abroad. The successful holding of this forum is a common blessing for national MBA Program Centers and students. It is hoped that MBA students can inherit the culture and develop the influence of China MBA Development Forum, make continuous efforts and contributions to Chinese economic and social development for shinning brilliantly on the world stage!
