On the afternoon of June 16th,Gael Fouillard, Director of Executive Education at Grenoble Graduate School of Business(GGSB) in France, Mrs. Xu Jie, China Regional Office Manager, and their group came to visit GDUFS School of Business. Liang Jie, Associate Dean of the School of Business, Mr. Zhang Hongming, Director of Marketing Department, Doctor Huang Lei and Liang Yan, Supervisor of International Affairsof MBA Education Center, attended the meeting.
Liang Jie extended welcome to Gael Fouillard and his group, thanked GGSB for the good opportunities that it offered for our students to attend academic exchange in France and expressed the willingness of developing deeper cooperation on both sides based on previous cooperative projects; she also introduced the professional publicity consulting team that was set up to promote international development, which would officially provide services for all faculties and students of our school. Zhang Hongming presented two major research orientations of Marketing Department, conveyed his hope to strengthen ties with GGSB on international marketing, scientific research cooperation among teachers, etc. and showed his interests on courses about luxury brand management in GGSB. Doctor Huang Lei put forward substantial suggestions on the International Master of Business Administration(IMBA) program that is about to be initiated by two sides.
Our School has always kept friend and close relations with GGSB. Both sides had already signed “2+2”double degree cooperation program and selected two students to go to France for exchange and study. In February of this year, Zhu Wenzhong, Executive Dean of the School of Business, and Zhang Hongming, Director of Marketing Department visited GGSB. At this meeting, both sides talked deeply about curriculum setting of IMBA program, input of both sides, admission and promotion as well as other specific items. And we had reached a consensus about organizing professors of GGSB to visit our school as well as give lectures, and study tours for students during summer or winter vacations, aiming to explore comprehensive, long-term and deeper cooperation and exchange.
