为推动教育合作和国际交流，广东外语外贸大学（GDUFS）MBA学院与葡萄牙里斯本工商管理大学【Lisbon University Institute (ISCTE-IUL)】达成合作协议，为广东外语外贸大学MBA学员提供独特赴葡萄牙交换学习机会。
ISCTE – Lisbon University Institute (ISCTE-IUL), Portugal简介
ISCTE是葡萄牙一所国立大学，创建于1972年,位于葡萄牙里斯本大学城。ISCTE是葡萄牙高等教育部认可的公立高等教育机构；ISCTE商学院（IBS）是葡萄牙享有盛誉的顶尖商学院。
具体合作方案如下：
一. 交换时间
经广外MBA学院选拔合格后，到ISCTE-IUL交换学习一学期，学生学习期满回广外MBA继续完成学业。 申请者以学期为单位申请，最短为一学期，满一学期后需提前重新申请。具体提前时间需与对方学校协商。
二. 学分转换方式
2月入学可以转换为广外MBA核心课程的科目(红色字体)分别是Strategic Management, Corporate Finance, Leadership and Humana Resources Management, Logistics and Operation Management可转换3学分。其余课程均视为选修课程，转换2学分。

三．收费方式
双方互免学费，其它费用自理。参加交换的学生无需缴纳对方院校学费，但需如常缴纳广外MBA学费，并承担在对方院校所在国产生的其他费用，如机票、食宿、医疗保险以及其他开支等。
四．申请条件
1. 取得广外MBA正式学籍的在校学员，原则上在项目正式开始之日时，在校学习满一学期以上（含一学期）；
2. 每门课出勤率不少于三分之二，课程考试（考察）不及格不超过两门（补考不及格按一门计）；
3. 已缴清学费等各项费用；
4. 身体健康，心智成熟，无不良嗜好，无违反法律法规和校规纪录；
5. 英语听说读写能力较强，无沟通障碍，能听懂全英教学；
6. 符合国外合作院校规定的申请条件。
报名初审后经过中心选拔，可赴葡萄牙里斯本工商管理大学学习。
报名截止日期：2013年6月20日
注意：请各位同学仔细阅读培养方案合理安排自己国内课程的学习，需明确的是要在广外申请MBA学位必须完成核心课程，专业必修课程和公共课程的学习，或者在国外学习的课程可以转为上述国内课程，否则不能进入论文写作及学位申请的程序。
