活动内容：
为推动教育合作和国际交流，广东外语外贸大学（GDUFS）MBA中心与葡萄牙里斯本工商管理大学【Lisbon University Institute (ISCTE-IUL)】达成合作协议，为广东外语外贸大学MBA学生提供独特赴葡萄牙交换学习机会。
ISCTE – Lisbon University Institute (ISCTE-IUL), Portugal简介
ISCTE是葡萄牙一所国立大学，创建于1972年,位于葡萄牙里斯本大学城。ISCTE是葡萄牙高等教育部认可的公立高等教育机构；ISCTE商学院（IBS）是葡萄牙享有盛誉的顶尖商学院。
具体合作方案如下：
一. 交换时间
申请者以学期为单位申请，最短为一学期，满一学期后需提前重新申请。具体提前时间需与对方学校协商。
二. 学分转换方式（下表供参考，具体课程以ISCTE更新为准）
9月入学可以转换为广外MBA核心课程的科目(红色字体)分别是Corporate Finance, IS/IT for Managers, Marketing Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Microeconomics可转换3学分。其余课程均视为选修课程，转换2学分。
需特别注意的是，根据ISCTE最新政策，学生所选课程需在同一专业内，且课程将有所变动，课程名单及学分转换情况以我中心取得对方更新消息后的最终确认为准，以下课程及学分转换情况仅供参考。

三．收费方式
双方互免学费，其它费用自理。参加交换的学生无需缴纳对方院校学费，但需如常缴纳广外MBA学费，并承担在对方院校所在国产生的其他费用，如机票、食宿、医疗保险以及其他开支等。
根据大学规定，成功入选的交换生在赴国境（外）交流前需向大学交纳通讯服务费和报名费共计1500元。
四．申请条件
1. 取得广外MBA正式学籍的在读学员，赴国（境）外参与交流阶段尚未毕业。原则上在项目正式开始之日时，在校学习满一学期以上（含一学期）；
2. 每门课出勤率不少于三分之二，课程考试（考察）不及格不超过两门（补考不及格按一门计）；
3. 已缴清学费等各项费用；
4. 身体健康，心智成熟，无不良嗜好，无违反法律法规和校规纪录；
5. 英语听说读写能力较强，无沟通障碍，能听懂全英教学；
6. 符合国外合作院校规定的申请条件。
报名初审后经过学院选拔，可赴葡萄牙里斯本工商管理大学学习。
交换时间：约2015年9月-2016年1月（根据葡方课程安排而定）
报名截止日期：2015年3月21日
注意：请各位同学仔细阅读培养方案合理安排自己国内课程的学习，需明确的是要在广外申请MBA学位必须完成必修课程和相应选修课程的学习，或者在国外学习的课程可以转为上述国内课程，否则不能进入论文写作及学位申请的程序。
