Profile：

Shaozhuang Ma is Invited Associate Professor in the Business School, ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon Portugal. His teaching and research interest is “people and organization” with a focus on work attitudes, emotional labor and leadership.

He has published in International Journal of Human Resource Management, The Chinese Economy, Journal of Teaching in International Business, and Population & Economics, among others. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Leicester, United Kingdom, and a PhD from ISCTE Instituto Universitário De Lisboa, Portugal. He was a visiting scholar at the University of Queensland Australia.

He has lectured for master students and executive at China, Europe, U.S., India and Chile. He has been supervising twelve doctorate students.
