Marc Idelson, A graduate of Ecole Polytechnique, Telecom ParisTech, and HEC Paris, Marc's dual research focus is on comparative Sino-Western knowledge management, and on thedesign of a corpus of socially constructed algebrae that better model social phenomena .Marc's teaching portfolio at Peking University includes Business Ethics, Cross-Cultural Management, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership, all of which are delivered with an educational philosophy of personal development rather than mere instructional knowledge transfer. Prior to joiningacademia in 2006, Marc started work in 1987 at a software start-up now part of SAP and of IBM, then held newly created senior IT positions in the Allianz and BNP Paribas groups in Asia and in Europe.
