Dr. John D. Jinkner, DBA in Jacksonville University, Davis College of Business. He has taught courses in Harvard Business School, Webster University, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, University of North Florida and Jacksonville University.

His research interests are Logistics and Supply Chain Management, International Business, Marketing, and Strategy.

Lecture Outline:

The lecture will be a motivational speech that will cover the need for personal relationships as well as the need for hard work in order to get ahead. It will provide a road map to a personal strategy and will include examples of successful personal strategies that have led others to their personal success. Finally, it will cover the need for flexibility and introduce the term serendipity and guide the listeners on how to recognize serendipity and how to take advantage of serendipitous moments in their lives.
