On the morning of November 29th, 2017, Professor Xu Liuxiang and 18 EMBA students of Ling Tung University of Taiwan visited the Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.Wu Junfeng, Office Director of International Cooperation and Exchange, Zhu Wenzhong, Dean of School of Business, and Wang Gang, Office Director of MBA Education Center received them at Room 402.

Director Wu delivered a welcome speech, expressing a warm welcome to them, then Dean Zhu reviewed the history of cooperation between the two universities. He mentioned the features of foreign languages and foreign trade of GDUFS and the ongoing CAMEA certification and AMBA re-certification of School of Business, and stressed on the school’s advantages of foreign language teaching.

Then, all of them gathered at Room 306 to have a panel discussion. Students from Taiwan randomly joined in existing discussion groups of the 2017B class to discuss “how do businesses capture consumer surplus with pricing strategies”. Professors and students from both universities were active and enthusiastic, making the discussion very heated.
