On April 26 and 27, experts’ review process of Ten Professional Managers of Guangdong 2013 was held at the Center of Talent Assessment of GSB, GDUFS. The first batch of candidates of Ten Professional Managers from cities such as Guangzhou, Foshan, Zhuhai, Shantou, Heshan and Zhongshan all gathered in Guangzhou to participate in the review process. The review of the second batch of candidates will take place on May 17 and 18.

The panel of judges is constituted by experts who work in enterprises or do theoretical researches. Thus they are able to make proper judgments. It takes about two hours for the candidates to go through the interview and the new added round of in-basket test. The holistic process can reveal the candidates’ qualities and abilities fairly. Almost every candidate can make the statement about their professional and managerial experience based on their own stories. Most of the candidates are satisfied with the arrangements and process of the review and are confident about their performance.
