The Executive Director of the QUT Graduate School of Business, Bob Conner and the Director of the MBA Program, Vicky Browning visited the GDUFS on Dec, 2. President Zhong Weihe and Dean Sun Xiao Qin had a meeting with them.

President Zhong was very delighted that this visit enabled the two schools to have an indepth discussion on DBA cooperation and settle the MBA students exchange project. He said that the MBA College, despite of its short history, developed rapidly and made a lot of achievements, for example, it was enlisted as one of the top ten MBA program with special characteristics. He welcomed the students who will visit GDUFS next March and was confident that the MBA college would provide a well-designed program for them. He hoped that the two sides could officially confirm the DBA cooperation as soon as possible, which will be another important program for GDUFS’s international cooperation.

Bob pointed out that the two universities had similar education strategies and visions with putting stress on education internationalization and connection between research and industry. MBA college and QUT had detailed exchanges on DBA cooperation since this July, This meeting would push forward the student exchange program.
