Our faculty is scheduled to hold the make-up examination of the second semester of 2012-2013 academic year on October, 13^th. The examination involves students who had applied for exam postponement and who failed exams in last semester. Arrangements are as follows:

1. Time and place of the examination

Time: Oct., 13, 13:30-16:30

Venue: No. 9^th teaching building, Room 304

2. Things related

a. Students qualified for the make-up examination are restricted to those who had applied for exam postponement at the end of last semester, and hose who had failed the required courses. Those who failed the retaken courses are excluded (in this case they should apply to retake the course). Make-up exams will not be permitted for those who failed the final exam due to absence for the test, violating disciplines during the test or plagiarism, and the courses must be retaken.

b. Those who failed the optional courses can either give up the credit of the course or apply for make-up exam. Please mail your application to the following mailbox before Oct., 7.

c. Application for make-up examination should be submitted one week before the exam. Results of the exam will be treated as the first-time exam.

d. For postgraduate students of grade 2013 and follows, the lowest score for passing a required course is 70, and 60 for an optional course. Only those who pass the courses can get the credits.
