Speaker Profile:

LIU Changling, Graduate of Economic Information Management, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, Bachelor of Human Resources Management, Peking University, Postgraduate and Master of Business Administration, University of Wales, EMBA of Asian Business School, National Registered Senior Human Resources Manager (National Level 1), International Certified Lecturer of DDI, and Expert of Practical Human Resources. LIU Changling has been responsible for overall human resources management and enterprise strategic management in government agencies and many well-known multinational large-scale foreign-funded enterprises in the world for nearly 20 years. Currently, LIU is the Director of Human Resources for Factory Operation in China of Kohler (China) Investment Co. Ltd and responsible for the human resources management of 14 factories in Kohler China. At the same time, he is leading the construction of 19 ceramic factory forming schools in Kohler Global. He is also a lecturer at Kohler University and an auditor of Kohler's global human resources.
Honors of Mr. LIU Changling: 2015 Three Outstanding Human Resources Professional Managers in Guangdong Province, 2011-2018 Kohler President Award and 2011-2018 Kohler Board Chairman Award.

A healthy culture is able to impel employees to show solidarity with the organization, imbue it with vitality, provide it with active position in the competition, and take the lead—organizational culture is the key to wax and wane of an organization and its life.
